Check your email after purchase for fasting and scheduling instructions, then visit the lab for your blood draw.
Step 2: Book Your Consultation
As soon as your lab results are ready, we will send you a direct link to schedule your review appointment.
Important Logistics
Labcorp Fees Included: All standard Labcorp draw fees are covered in your package price
Using a Local Provider: If you prefer an independent local clinic, you will be responsible for their specific draw fee (typically $10–$75)
Location Lock: Please choose carefully; once your lab panel is officially submitted to the system, the facility location cannot be changed
How long does it take to get my lab results?
Typically, lab results are returned within 5 to 7 business days after your blood draw. As soon as your results are securely delivered to our clinic, you will automatically receive an email with a link to book your review consultation
What is included in the lab panel?
The lab panel was personally built by our Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner to catch an array of multiple issues that goes far deeper than conventional labs, looking deep into heart health, metabolic function, deep thyroid, etc. There is no guessing and sending you back to the lab to guess some more. If you are wondering if something specific is included, please reach out. We are happy to add things on if relevant!
Do I need to fast for my labs?
Yes. To ensure accurate baseline markers, you must fast for 8 to 12 hours before your appointment. You may drink plain water, but please avoid anything else until after your blood is drawn.
Can I continue to take my supplements before labs?
If you already take supplements, please refrain from taking any supplements or energy drinks for 3 days before getting your blood drawn to prevent your results from being skewed
What happens if I need to change my lab location?
Please select your preferred lab location carefully during checkout. Once we place the official order into the system, the location cannot be modified or transferred to a different facility due to laboratory network restrictions
When do I book my actual appointment time?
After your labs have resulted, you will be sent the calendar booking to get on the schedule. This is to ensure your lab results are in before your appointment
Are there any extra fees I should expect?
Standard Labcorp draw fees are completely covered in your package price. However, if you opt to use a local independent provider outside of our primary Labcorp network, you will be responsible for paying their separate, out-of-pocket draw fee (which generally ranges between $10 and $75)
Can I use my health insurance for this package?
From The Ground Up Health & Wellness, PLLC operates entirely outside of the insurance network to ensure you get the best, personalized care without any insurance restrictions and limitations
