1) Complete Your Labs: Visit the lab for your blood draw --Please watch your email for instructions on how to get labs scheduled and drawn. Must be fasted.

2) Book Your Appointment: A link to schedule your appointment will be sent after your labs are resulted. We will review them during your appointment.

-If you choose to use a more local provider, you are responsible for the fees they charge to draw (typically $10-75)
